Technical information

Barrisol is a polyvinyl sheet that is stretched around a perimetre track system. The tracks are intalled on plugs into enclosure walls of the room. Given the tension of the sheet (approx. 30 kg/bm), it is necessary to drill a track on every 2O cm. If the area is larger than 50 m2, the ceiling must be divided by a parting track which hangs off the ceiling. This track divides the ceiling into two or more parts. What remains visible is a negative gap of 14 mm. All supporting structures or light holders, VZT, EPS, EZS and other devices which are to be built inside the ceiling, must also be ready before the actual stretching of the sheet. If everything including the wiring is ready, you can procede to stretch the ceiling, which is always produced to fit the space. Each individual sheet is measured with accuracy by our technitians and ordered from France. Stretching of the sheet is done with the help of an air-heating set which heats the room to 40 - 50 °C.
